Calzedonia and Intimissimi operator becomes new leader on Polish lingerie market

There are only a handful of large renowned chains on the Polish lingerie market. For several years, the biggest player by sales was Ferax, a manufacturer of hosiery and owner of the well-known brand Gatta, however a third of the company’s revenue comes from exports. But according to PMR estimates, in 2018 it was overtaken by Calz Polska, the operator of Calzedonia and Intimissimi chains in Poland, both of which have been growing fast.
