Our client, a footwear manufacturer, was searching for answers for two major questions: What is its brand image on the market (in comparison to its competitors)? What are the most common preferences within its target group? After PMR’s brand image study, which was conducted through the focus group technique, all the requested information was gathered and used in redefining the marketing strategy for the footwear brand.
Business partner search in Poland, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovenia and Hungary
A western European clothing and apparel manufacturer present on the international markets was planning to develop its business in Poland, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovenia and Hungary. For each of these countries, PMR’s consulting team identified potential business partners that fit our client’s specific requirements. In addition, the clothing and apparel retail sector in these countries was screened. The market state, trends and key competition were detailed. In the end, the client contacted those entities that PMR recommended. Our client also put into practice the advice our consultants provided.
Product tests of non-alcoholic beer
To assist our client with gathering and analysing detailed data about the non-alcoholic beer market and consumers, a series of product tests were accomplished by PMR’s research team. Non-alcoholic beers were tested using the central location test methodology. The report finished with conclusions about beer taste, habits of spending free time, the culture of drinking beer, and the position of non-alcoholic beer on the beverage market.
Screening a Russian beer and vodka market
We received an urgent request from an international company for information about the beer and vodka markets in Russia. Our client not only wanted to gain knowledge about the market, but also wanted to contact an experienced market expert working in the particular sector in Russia.
