Recently, Eurostat issued a press release containing new data that, among other things, show the average price of clothing and footwear in Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries (i.e., those reviewed by PMR, including Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia) amounted to 89% of the average price in the entire European Union.
