Hennes & Mauritz (H&M), a Sweden-based clothing retail chain, continues its expansion in Romania bringing its store count to more than 50. According to company data, H&M had a chain of 52 stores across the country at the end of February 2016.
H&M opened 10 stores in Romania in 2016, with five launched in the last quarter of the year. So far, it has not opened any new stores in Q1 2017, wall-street.ro reported. The clothing retailer entered Romania in 2011 and has seen sales revenues go up by more than 40% since then.
