Paradise Center in Sofia adds Mango, revamps tenant mix

Paradise Center, a shopping complex in Sofia, continues to revamp its tenant mix. The centre is expecting international fast-fashion retailer Mango to open a store there soon, while two other retailers – cosmetics chain operator dm-drogerie and shoe brand Kolev and Kolev, have converted their existing stores to new locations. The Spain-based Mango re-entered Bulgaria in late 2014 with a new store concept after a few years of absence from the market. It is present in several other malls in Sofia.

Kolev and Kolev is a manufacturer and retailer of footwear for toddlers and children. It operates an online store, as well as several physical stores across Sofia. The Germany-based retail brand dm-drogerie entered Bulgaria in the beginning of 2009 and is currently the largest perfumery and cosmetics retailer in the country.

In the recent months Paradise Center has also expanded its tenant mix with several other brands, including cosmetics retailers Natural Care, Perfumery Douglas, BioNike, and Nature Vie, but also home goods retailer Ard Decor, jewelry store AVI Center, supermarket chain Piccadilly.

Paradise Center was opened in early 2013 by a Russian-led consortium. It has a built-up area of 196,000m2 and is Sofia’s largest lifestyle shopping centre.
